– Customers are required to enter the engraving content at the position of the order card.
– Number of words: Only 3 characters, characters are limited to English letters and three symbols are specified (numbers are not supported). Symbols are limited to “♡”, “·” and “&”.
– After the order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 3 working days.
– The goods after lettering are custom-made goods. Except for quality problems, return or exchange will not be accepted.
– Oriental Pearl reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
