Terms and conditions
– The customer is required to enter the engraving content at the position of the order card.
– Number of words: Only 3 characters, characters are limited to English letters and three symbols are specified (numbers are not supported). Symbols are limited to “♡”, “·” and “&”.
– After the order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 3 working days.
– The engraved goods are made to order, and no return or exchange will be accepted except for quality problems.
– Oriental Pearl reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
– In case of any dispute, Oriental Pearl reserves the right of final decision.
