For Hong Kong buyer

Oeiental Pearl will delivery the item by the following way to Hong Kong buyer.

Oriental Pearl will deliver the item to Hong Kong buyer by the following ways:

1. Courier (S.F Express)
we will deliver the item(s) to S.F. Express station for pick-up.

2. Registered local mail by Hong Kong Post.

3. Local pick up
Venue of our local pick up store:
Shop 28, 2/F, Rise Commercial Building, 5-11 Granville Circuit, Tsim Sha Tsui

4. Pick up from MTR station.
There is no additional shipping cost nor additional tax for Hong Kong buyer

For international buyer
The shipping cost is calculated by the weight and dimension, shipping location, and shipping method of the shipment. Therefore, the heavier and the bulker your item is, the higher the shipping cost. The cost varies while the shipping location and the shipping method change.

Shipping methods

Express shipping

Depends on destination, we entrust different logistics service providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS to deliver the item(s). Usually, it takes 3-5 days to be delivered. (Excluding public holidays or happen to encounter a customs clearance)

Standard shipping
Items will be shipped to your destination by either Air Mail or Registered Mail. Usually, it takes 10-20 days to be delivered (Excluding public holidays or happen to encounter a customs clearance). Some countries such as Brazil and South America may take a longer time for delivery. The shipping times of these countries could up to 10-45 business days.

Bulk and wholesale order
For bulk and wholesale order, only delivery by ship is available.
